WEPAN has a new name and look!

In 2005, WEPAN’s Board of Directors redirected the organization’s strategy to focus work on the WEPAN mission: to be a catalyst, advocate, and leading resource for institutional and national change that enables the success of all women in engineering.  We are pleased to announce a new name and logo that embody the transformation of WEPAN’s strategy and reflect the core beliefs and mission of the organization. WEPAN will now be known as Women in Engineering ProActive Network, retaining the WEPAN acronym with a new name and a new look.

Our new logo represents forward motion, progress and change, and the coordinated interaction of many elements advancing together. The new tagline reflects WEPAN’s distinctive contributions to transforming culture in engineering education. In the coming months, look for changes to our website and other materials that portray the new look and feel of WEPAN.
