The place to learn, share, network and collaborate with leaders, experts, and advocates of gender inclusion in engineering higher education
Creating the Mindset for Action, this year's Forum theme, will inspire attendees to take action and make real progress in advancing cultural change and responsibility within their own organizations and institutions. We invite you to come to the Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado this June 12 - 14, 2017 for an unparalleled opportunity to engage with diversity and inclusion advocates, and learn research based best-practices related to gender equity and inclusion in engineering.

In addition to four plenary sessions, participants will have opportunity to attend workshops, panels, Hi-Fives for Change talks, focused conversations and showcase presentations. What participants have said about the WEPAN Change Leader Forum
"This was a great conference! I...have returned to work re-energized, and with lots of ideas! Thanks!"
"[The Forum helped me]...understand challenges and issues affecting gender diversity in engineering programs and ongoing efforts and research to help address this. As a male faculty member interested in making a difference this is immensely helpful."
"...the best thing was the amazing networking. It was easier here than I have ever seen at a conference and everyone is willing to talk to you...Really great! I've met a lot of people..to collaborate with in the future!"
"It was a great value for me as a corporate sponsor. WEPAN is an untapped wealth of information and resource of academic connections. I'm making plans to be there again next year."
"I grew my network and support system. I also get to engage in issues surrounding the engineering culture--in terms of race and gender biases. I rarely get to discuss avenues to change institutions to create more inclusive environments, but the WEPAN Forum was a wonderful space to discuss these issues and potential solutions."
"[I appreciated]...networking, thinking about ideas from a change leader perspective, [and] understanding how activating frames 3 and 4 must be accomplished to make a difference for women in STEM."
