Fees Include: Full conference registration fees include all two-hour Change Leader Workshops and Newcomers Reception, Plenary Luncheon and Showcase and Reception, and the Awards Luncheon. Admittance to all sessions and meals will require an official name badge.

Reduced Fees:  Note that reduced fees are available for members of WEPAN.  Not already a member?  Join now at before registering for the conference and save.  In addition, a special fee rate has been set just for full-time students.  If you aren't sure which fee category you should select, please contact Aileen Blair at or 303-871-4642 before registering.

Speakers:  All speakers must register for the conference and pay a registration fee unless instructed otherwise by WEPAN staff or presented with promotional code. Contact Aileen Blair at or 303-871-4642 with any questions or concerns.

Cancellations:  A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation requests made by May 12, 2015. No refunds will be made after May 12th.

Payment Policy:  Payment must be received before you can pick up your badge and conference materials.  If payment has not been received by May 12th, you will be required to pay your registration in full on-site.  Purchase Orders are accepted, but actual payment must reach WEPAN by May 12th or be paid on-site.
