Realizing Potential with Mindset
Explore the difference between a fixed and growth mindset of intelligence, and learn about strategies that promote a growth mindset. A student's understanding that intelligence can change closes equity gaps, provides career pathways and improves student success. Each participant will receive the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity's Realizing Potential with Mindset toolkit to equip them as they return to campus.
