Description

This webinar will introduce the Four Frames, which are categorizations of activities intended to promote and achieve equity.  Each Framework for promoting equity has benefits and drawbacks that will be discussed. The Four Frames can also offer some reasoning as to why, after over 50 years of focused activities reaching back to the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960’s, we do not see more progress, either in our organizations or in society at large.
