Description

Numerous evidence-based products have been created to share with the greater Mechanical Engineering community. The overarching goal is to scale the TECAID project so that engineering faculty and staff will have resources readily available to lead culture change to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in their departments. These resources aim to promote individual, departmental, and broader engineering culture change.
The resources include the following:

  • The TECAID Model, including resources found to be helpful to the original TECAID teams
  • Case Studies & Strategic Pointers, derived from the experiences of the original TECAID teams
  • The TECAID Toolkit, a high level overview of the TECAID Model with accompanying worksheet

  • Download the TECAID Poster
  • The four TECAID Learning Modules, with accompanying webinars from the Leading Department Culture Change Webinar Series, and
  • Additional Resources, including conference papers and recordings, and videos!
