What is the cost to participate in the organizational membership program?

Which level is right for my organization?

The Organizational Champions program is designed for organizations committed to advancing engineering education, strengthening the engineering workforce, and fostering environments where talent can excel and innovation can flourish. Organizational Champion members enjoy enhanced engagement through WEPAN's signature conferences and events, expanded leadership opportunities, and customized support tailored to their organizational goals.

Organizations seeking to build organizational capacity and engage with WEPAN's professional community may find the Activator, Motivator, or Advocate membership levels to be the best fit. Each level provides access to valuable resources, professional development, networking opportunities, and research-informed practices that support engineering excellence and workforce development. If you would like assistance selecting the membership level that best aligns with your organization's goals, we would be happy to help. How do I apply for the Organizational Champions program and what is the process like?

If you are interested in becoming a Organizational Champion at the Visionary, Catalyst, or Change Agent level, we encourage you to complete our interest form. If your organization is a good fit for the program, you will be invited to apply.

Once your application has been received, WEPAN staff will review your application and get in touch with you to discuss your membership. Once accepted, you'll pay the annual fee, and we will begin your organization's onboarding process to give you access to your membership benefits.
