  • Application Phase – A two-month process from application opening to participant selection.
  • Equity Environmental Scanning Tool (EEST) – A two-month self-assessment period to benchmark organizational DEI efforts.
  • Community of Practice – Nine months of action planning, peer engagement, webinars, continued EEST work, and opportunities to apply for DEI mini-grants.
  • Annual Convening – An in-person event bringing cohorts together to share insights, assess progress, and develop DEI action plans.
