It outlines the program’s structure, which combines guided DEI self-assessment, facilitated action planning, and collaborative change work.
Key components include:
- Inclusive Professional Framework for Societies (IPF: Societies) – Strategies to identify and address mental models hindering DEI reform.
- Equity Environmental Scanning Tool (EEST) – A self-assessment covering 12 society functions, from governance to partnerships, to benchmark DEI efforts and guide action.
- Community of Practice – Monthly meetings for collaboration, sharing promising practices, generating new knowledge, and driving collective change.
- Cohort Journey – A sequence of application, orientation, EEST completion, annual convening, action planning, and ongoing engagement.
