Erin Carll, PhD
Erin Carll joined the University of Washington’s (UW) Center for Evaluation & Research for STEM Equity (CERSE) in January 2021 as a research scientist. In this role, she primarily evaluates programs that aim to advance equity in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. In March 2021, she received my PhD from UW’s Department of Sociology. During her time as a graduate student, she conducted research and taught various sociological topics. Before joining UW, she was the program coordinator for an international public interest law fellowship program, worked in academic conference administration, and interned at organizations focused on post-conflict mental health, U.S.-Poland relations, and documentary filmmaking.
