Institutional Representative

Your Institutional Partnership at the Classic level comes with Four Individual Member seats.

We recommend reviewing the roster of your institutional members to make sure benefits are extended to everyone you would like to see included.

Here are some tips on how to review and edit your list of members.

  • Navigate to your “Profile” information above and click on the "Team Members" link on the left. You will see a list of the team members currently on your account.
  • As the primary institutional contact, add or remove members.

Add a Member

  • Clicking the red “X” next to a representative will suspend that member’s account.
  • Clicking the green check mark next to a representative will enable that member’s account.

Remove Members

To access the WEPAN Knowledge Center, visit this section of the WEPAN website. Here you will find more than three decades of research and promising practices to support your work toward more diverse, equitable, and inclusive engineering educational spaces and workplaces. These include a curated and searchable annotated bibliography, conference proceedings, a data archive, webinar recordings, and interviews with STEM thought leaders.

Professional Development Webinars

To access WEPAN webinars and related resources, visit this section of the WEPAN website. Recent topics have explored advocacy and allyship, increasing the diversity of faculty candidate pools, using universal design in engineering education, mitigating bias, and much more!

Workshops

Like webinars, WEPAN workshops focus on topics relevant to creating inclusive cultures in engineering. They are typically 2-3 hours in length and allow participants to dive deeper into a topic.  As a Classic Institutional Partner, you receive free and discounted access these workshops! Workshops are announced on our events calendar and through the WEPAN Newsletter.

Program Days

WEPAN Program Days allow participants the opportunity to connect around a common theme and share best practices. Join us for the Women in Engineering Program and Women of Color Summit. As a Classic Institutional Partner, you will receive free or discounted registration to WEPAN Program Days. Program Days are announced on our events calendar and through the WEPAN Newsletter.

Annual Convening

The next WEPAN Annual Convening, will be hosted in partnership with the ADVANCE Resource and Coordination (ARC) Network. As a Classic Institutional Partner, you receive discounted registration to this convening. The Annual Convening is announced on our events calendar and through the WEPAN Newsletter.

At the convening you will have the opportunity to network with diversity, equity, and inclusion researchers, practitioners, and change agents as well as a diversity of scientists and engineers, WEPAN members, scientific and engineering professional society leaders, national labs, NSF program officers, and more!
