Glenn Weckerlin 

Glenn Weckerlin currently oversees the worldwide portfolio of University and Association Partnerships at Chevron Corporation. These partnerships are a key component of Chevron’s strategies to strengthen its organizational capability, develop a wide range of technologies and strategically invest in communities where Chevron operates. Weckerlin and his team are also responsible for developing programs, with these partners that will ensure Chevron is recognized as a leader by actively embracing the diversity of people and ideas and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Prior to his current role, Weckerlin oversaw Chevron’s Corporate Programs and Partnerships portfolio where he developed signature programs and strategic partnerships to build Chevron’s corporate reputation. Prior to that, he served as the Global Director, Brand and Product Line Management for Chevron Corporation in San Ramon, California. In that role, he oversaw global brand and product strategy, including product development, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, global advertising, PR programs, merchandising and licensing, consumer research and social responsibility programs, for Chevron’s three world class brands: Chevron, Texaco and Caltex across the 90 countries where Chevron had a retail presence. (Chevron is a Fortune 3 corporation.)
Weckerlin held a number of senior executive assignments, in planning, manufacturing, supply and trading, Health, Safety and Environment management and pricing. He spent four years living in Singapore serving as General Manager, Brand for Caltex International where he looked after brand, community engagement and product line management across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
After graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, he continued his education and earned a JD from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
